Indians can now travel to 60 countries without needing a visa

According to the Henley Passport Index, India’s passport has strengthened as the country’s passport ranking has improved for the year 2022, up from 90th place in 2021.

Indian passport holders can now visit 60 countries around the world without obtaining a visa. It’s worth noting that Oman and Armenia are the most recent additions to India’s list of visa-free countries.

Passports from Japan and Singapore were ranked first and second, respectively. On the passport index, Japan and Singapore are ranked second, respectively. Passport holders from the two Asian countries can now travel to 192 countries without a visa. With access to 190 visa-free destinations, South Korea and Germany are tied for second place.
